Cancellation Policy

1. Package Payments & "No Refund" Policy Upfront Investment: All hourly packages must be paid in full before work commences. No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of consulting and the reservation of schedule space, all sales are final. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused hours or change of mind. 2. Hour Expiration To ensure consistent momentum and availability, all purchased hours must be used within 90 days of the purchase date. Any hours not utilized within this window will expire and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Scheduling & Body Doubling Sessions Booking: Hours for deep-focus body doubling or live brainstorming must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule a dedicated session, please provide 24 hours' notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled session or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in those hours being deducted from your package balance. 4. Scope of Services Clients may apply their package hours across any of the listed Service areas. Lucky Star Consulting provides support and strategy; however, for services like Grantwriting, we do not guarantee third-party funding results, as final decisions rest with the grantors. 5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Your Mission, Your Content: Upon full payment, the client owns the final "work product" (social media posts, SOP documents, etc.). I reserve the right to showcase the work in my digital portfolio. Confidentiality: Lucky Star Consulting agrees to keep all non-public organizational data, donor lists, and internal strategies strictly confidential. 6. Termination of Partnership Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. In the event of termination by the client, the "No Refund" policy remains in effect for any remaining hours in the current package.
