Terms and Conditions
1. Package Payments & "No Refund" Policy
Upfront Investment: All hourly packages must be paid in full before work commences.
No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of consulting and the reservation of schedule space, all sales are final. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused hours or a change of mind.
2. Hour Expiration
To ensure consistent momentum and availability, all purchased hours must be used within ninety (90) days of the purchase date.
Any hours not utilized within this window will expire and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Scheduling & Body Doubling Sessions
Booking: Hours for deep-focus body doubling or live brainstorming must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule a dedicated session, please provide 24 hours' notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled session or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in those hours being deducted from your package balance.
4. Scope of Services and No Warranty/Guarantee
Clients may apply their package hours across any of the listed Service areas.
Lucky Star Consulting (“Lucky Star”) provides support and strategy. Lucky Star makes no warranty or representations other than those expressly stated in writing. All services provided are made without promise of result, fitness for particular purpose, or success in its operations, or any other warrant, express or implied.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Your Mission, Your Content: Upon full payment, the client owns the final "work product" (social media posts, SOP documents, etc.). Lucky Star reserves the right to showcase the work in their digital portfolio.
Confidentiality: Lucky Star agrees to keep all non-public organizational data, donor lists, and internal strategies strictly confidential.
6. Termination of Partnership
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. In the event of termination by the client, the "No Refund" policy remains in effect for any remaining hours in the current package. Upon termination by Lucky Star, Lucky Star will turn over to client all completed work and refund value of remaining hours, calculated at Lucky Star’s sole discretion.
